Urban regeneration of an area of 10 hectares, 200,000 m2 gross floor area of mixed use with landmark protected historic buildings (stables and stands) and new residential and office buildings, Master plan design in a cooperative procedure with representatives of the City of Vienna and local experts, followed by an urban study, revitalisation and use concept, architectural design for the protected landmark buildings (stables, 1890s and stands,1920s)
